Pruducer/rapper Alexander Spit‘s debut album has arrived, and it comes with features from Action Bronson, Alchemist, MFN Exquire, E-40, and BAGO. But what stands out most is Spit’s beats. Without being too flashy or over-the-top, the production throughout the entire project sits in place like a strong frame to build on, combining spacey elements and experimental flurries with tried and true components like those drums on “Artesia” or that sinister melody that drives “A Breathtaking Trip.”
