Where Syron’s “Breaking” merely nodded to UK Garage, this new one comes straight out of the genre’s nineties heyday and, rightly, is not at all ashamed about it. Produced by Huxley, “Waterproof” is a little present from Syron (who turned twenty just yesterday) in advance of her next single “Here,” which will be out early in 2013.
