What a cool and creepy concept. FaltyDL’s “Straight & Arrow” single drops on Ninja Tune November 12th (and is backed by remixes from Four Tet and Gold Panda), and the odd video is out now. The description is simple: “a song performed by a symphony of fingertips.” How this was achieved might be a story all into itself. As you can see, there are some kind of electronic wiring attached the the arms of everyone in this video. Are they getting slight electronic tinges when they are to react, or is it hitting muscles – or some combination of the two? Whatever it is, get captivated by this digit orchestra.
