Petite Noir is a South African artist with a singular baritone and a love of the music of everyone from The Weeknd to Clams Casino to Morrissey. “Till We Ghosts” is darkly atmospheric, with crisp guitar, spacious electronic production and fairly vague, but still engaging lyrics.
