While Gilles Peterson’s 6Music interview with Kendrick Lamar isn’t set to premiere until December 1st, this clip finds Kendrick speaking on how he hears about producers from across the Atlantic. Gilles puts on TNGHT‘s “Higher Ground,” and Kendrick being the MC that he is accepted the challenge and kicked a brief freestyle over the track. He even compliments the record at the end. Amazing.
