A lot of rappers talk about their “grind,” but not many can keep up with Gucci Mane. He’s on his 27th mixtape, and somehow Trap God still feels like a significant event, probably because everything leading up to this tape has indicated that it’s going to be a good one. Considering all he’s been through, you might worry that Gucci would settle down and lose that subtly weird charm he has—it’s clear that he hasn’t. Thank you, Trap God.
