Pop music is changing, and it’s getting really interesting to watch. When indie pop started going mainstream, we watched it grow fangs. Now it’s growing extra arms and shit, and it seems like a perfect time for Born Gold to steal a piece of the spotlight with his glitchy, hyper, sugary, and masterfully executed electronic pop. Following up the excellent Bodysongs, Born Gold’s Little Sleepwalker is due out on October 23.
