It’s only Monday, but it appears that Zola Jesus would like to get the inter-dimensional dance marathon started well before the weekend arrives. Why wait? In the video for her soaring single “Seekir” (off of last year’s stellar Conatus, Zola and director Jacqeuline Castel take viewers to a performance inside an exploding ball of light–not a bad visual metaphor for the feeling that accompanies being introduced to Zola’s music.
