Nardwuar interviews are always entertaining. He adds in enough weird to lead what might be the dullest of conversations into interesting territory. Willis Earl Beal is already an interesting enough character who’s seen a lot in his life, but even he was surprised by Nardwuar. The Chicago artist looked a little unsure at first, but once that reel-to-reel came out, it was clear that he and Nardwuar would be just fine together.
