The frenetically-inclined Brooklyn rock band Fang Island are building up to Major, the follow-up to their fantastically fun, self-titled debut. Between this and “Asunder,” it doesn’t sound like they’re switching up the formula too much, but also haven’t lost their touch in any sense. “Sisterly” is just as much a singalong jam and air guitarist’s dream as anything they’ve released to date, and would be right at home on our Best Summer Songs List. Trust that Fang Island are going to keep doing what they’re doing, because that July 24th release date isn’t looking like it’s going to disappoint.
