Video: Spector - "Celestine"

1.

Indie music’s glory years may be years gone, but someone forgot to send Spector the memo. Celestine is an anthemic crowd pleaser, which plays it safe but stretches its self-imposed boundaries to their full limit.  Any fan of indie, rock, or guitar music in general will definitely find this to their liking. Uplifting guitar riffs spiral over a thumping beat with clear vocals that tie everything up with a pretty black bow. The video, whilst not as fun as that of “Chevy Thunder,” is suitably energetic whilst rightly allowing the music to take centre stage.

“Celestine” was recently given its radio debut by Zane Lowe, who chose it as his “Hottest Record in the World”. Big up to Zane who has a searing hot track record of unearthing and promoting tomorrow’s biggest tracks. The single is available to buy on May 21st.
