Jagwar Ma is the alias of Australian producer and musician Jono Ma who, according to his Facebook, currently lives in Antarctica and survives solely on seal fat and seawater. Fine, that second bit I made up, but whatever this guy really does eat, on the evidence of the two songs he’s released so far, it must contain a whole load of amazingness in it. “Come Save Me” has the kind of instantly memorable melodies that make it enjoyable to listen to whilst discordantly singing along, but enough depth and variety to withstand, and even improve over multiple listens.
