Off the their album The Five Ghosts comes a beautifully shot video for Stars‘ single, “Dead Hearts.” It’s unsure why it took so long for the visual accompaniment for a song off an album over a year old to be fleshed out (I would have preferred new material), but I’m not mad. There’s something about this Canadian band–perhaps it’s what happens when the voices of Amy Millan and Torquil Campbell come together, or maybe it’s the almost luxurious instrumentation provided by the rest of the band–that really sticks with me.
