The South Floridians known as Surfer Blood first caught my attention back in early 2010 with “Swim.” The band has been steadily building some buzz, but we haven’t heard much new music. Now they are set to release their new EP, Tarot Classics, next Tuesday. Instead of making you wait until then, Spin is currently premiering the cheery four-track EP.
