Sverige’s duo Icona Pop made one of the best pop songs of last year with “Manners,” a song so good that Chiddy Bang flipped it for their own jam. We haven’t heard too much from them since then, but this new one is going to be on their full length Nights Like This. “Sun Goes Down” features the triumphant production of The Knocks and as with “Manners,” it’s got a heavy dose of chorus. These Icona Pop girls do not fuck around when it comes to choruses. Like, the songs already catchy, and then they pile on 20 more voices for the hook. I respect that.
