So for our second bizarre collaboration of the day we have Lenny Kravitz teaming up with Drake. I don’t really have words for this song. It’s weird as shit. Lenny comes through with some funk-rock that might be straightforward if you were living in the 70’s? Maybe not though, there’s a lot of whistling and over-the-top statements about mountains and inspiration and true love. However, I do like weird stuff, and as I keep listening to it the song may be growing on me.
Drake’s verse just makes me fucking uncomfortable, there is no way around it. Just too awkward.
