Multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and powerfully voiced singer Annie Clark is soon to release her third album as St. Vincent, which will be titled Strange Mercy. If you happen to be a fan of hers on Twitter you might have seen that she was asking her fans to tweet #strangemercy so she would let loose a new song – and here it is. The track is entitled “Surgeon” and has her signature blend of multi-layered sound and ambiguously dark yet also dreamy lyrics. On top of the new track, four album teaser videos, directed by Alan Del Rio are up on her website for your viewing pleasure.
