After releasing two EPs with quick succession in 2009 (Life of Leisure & High Times), Washed Out returns after nearly two years with a new single and album. Within and Without will be his first full release with Sub Pop, the Seattle record label credited with progressing the careers of such artists as Death Cab for Cutie, Fleet Foxes and The Shins.
