Here’s production duo The Knocks‘ take on Foster The People‘s “Pumped Up Kicks“. Around this time last year, this track was the jam, and I’m happy to resurrect the sunny anthem for Summer 2011. The Knocks don’t shake things up too much, but they do add some heavier synths and more danceable drums, possibly alluding to the fact that Summer 2011 will be more rowdy and less laid back than Summer 2010. A bold prediction, but very possible. Shoutout to @Fadebox for the art.
