It’s easy to sound good covering a classic song like “I Want You Back”. It’s not easy to morph that song into a dark, haunting electronic presence. “I Want You Back” usually makes me want to wear bright colors, blow up balloons, and watch old videos The Wonder Years style. This Robin Danar remix makes me want to lock myself in a closet, play with fire, and cut myself. (In a good way.)
