Princess Nokia and Yung Baby Tate have just connected to deliver their new high-energy song, “Boys Are From Mars.”

Princess Nokia and Yung Baby Tate make a perfect duo over this bright beat. Both of their verses come with a layer of bravado that reflects their confidence in their lyrical abilities, and that feeling is contagious. The new song also comes dressed in cover art that depicts both artists brandishing badass lasers.

This track comes right as Princess Nokia prepares to grace the Governors Ball stage on Sunday, Sept. 26. After that, she’ll be kicking off her first-ever U.S. tour in Atlanta, traveling across the country and making stops in Houston, Los Angeles, Chicago, and more, before closing out in Boston on Oct. 27.

Meanwhile, Yung Baby Tate also continues to impress on each new song she appears on. The 25-year-old rapper dropped her EP After The Rain at the end of 2020, and among the heavy-hitting tracks on the project, she told Complex that one in particular, “I Am,” is still one other most sentimental songs to date.

“My song ‘I Am’ probably has the most sentimental value to me right now,” Tate explained. “I wrote this song when I was in a really low place in my self-esteem, and I needed a reminder of who I was. These affirmations changed my life and have changed my fans’ lives.”
