Quavo was the victim of some good-natured roasting Monday morning after fans mistook the Migos rapper for Jacquees.
A video of Jacquees hit Twitter earlier today, which saw the R&B singer hitting some choreography dance moves during one of his live performances. Jokes ensued as many people confused him for Quavo.
“Offset come get Quavo. He done went Kidz Bop!!” one person tweeted. “Quavo can do it all,” joked another.
Even fellow Quality Control rapper Lil Yachty joined in. “Quavo ass be trippin...lol” Yachty tweeted. Despite numerous people pointing out that the artist dancing in the video was actually Jacquees and not Quavo, the jokes continued.
By Monday afternoon, Quavo had caught wind of the viral clip. “Mannn quit playing!” he commented on The Shade Room’s Instagram post along with a laughing emoji. Meanwhile, Jacquees also reacted to the Twitter conversation, replying, “FREE PROMOOOOO,” to one fan’s tweet.
