Young Thug’s second studio album, Punkdropped last week and came lined with impressive features from J. Cole, Drake, Gunna, Future, Travis Scott, and more, plus posthumous verses from Juice WRLD and Mac Miller.

With an already stacked roster of guests on the album, Lil Baby just revealed that he was supposed to be on Thug’s song “Bubbly” that has Drake and Travis Scott on it, but he forgot to send his verse in time. The rapper shared a snippet of his verse on TikTok.

“When Young Thug send you a song for his album an you forget to send it back” the caption for the TikTok reads.

It’s not clear if Baby would have joined Drake and Trav on the track or if he would have been the only feature if he remembered to send the verse in, but regardless, it’s wild to learn that this was left on the cutting room floor.

Meanwhile, Punk is in a close race with Drake’s Certified Lover Boy for top spot on the Billboard 200. According to Hits Daily Double, both albums are on track to sell roughly 82,000 equivalent album units, with barely 1,000 sales separating the two.
