Kwengface, one of UK drill’s leading lights, has followed up his debut project—last August’s YPB: The Come-Up—and a number of freestyles with a new two-in-one single entitled “Runtz / Oh My”.
Produced by Ludo Beats, F12 and Nice French, Kwengface’s uses his skippy but assertive flow to fire out clever wordplay that thrives on the prospect of intimidation. The synergy between the track switch-up is also impressive: “Runtz” comes with a speaker-blistering drill production, while “Oh My” has a grime-tinged sample that is destined to tear up the clubs.
