Future heads into the weekend with not one, but two collaborative tracks.

On the same night he delivered “Hard for the Next” with Moneybagg Yo, the ATL rapper appeared on King Combs’ latest track “Holdin Me Down.” The smooth, romantic song finds both artists each reflecting on the women in their lives, promising to remain by their sides through the good and bad.

“Stayin’ true, you my wifey/You know I’ma have you icy,” Hendrix sings in the chorus. “You ain’t gon’ find another one, can’t find nobody like me/Keepin’ it exclusive, don’t be caught up in these games/Don’t worry about these groupies, come with the money and fame.”

The track was produced by 808 Mafia’s Southside, DY Crazy, and TM88. You can listen to it now on all major platforms and via YouTube below. It’s unclear if the song is a standalone cut or part of a full-length effort. Combs’ last project was 2019’s Cyncerely, C3, which included appearances by Ty Dolla Sign, Jeremih, 03 Greedo, Tee Grizzley, and more.

King Combs also cooked up a merch collection in support of “Holdin Me Down.” The range was designed by Tyra Myricks, OVO’s head designer who also created the song’s cover art. Stay tuned for more details about the collection.
