Cardi B goes to bat for Offset often, especially when it comes to nasty comments online.
The couple has had a fairly public relationship since tying the knot in 2017, with the Migos rapper’s behavior being put on blast at various points. On Wednesday, a fan on Twitter came to Cardi’s defense for staying with her man after it looked like things might not go that way, saying the couple has exhibited “growth.”
User @nickjoseph0604 tweeted, “People love talking about Offset’s past behaviors and try to drag Cardi and it’s old…tbh y’all always want to talk about ‘Growth’ well growth is not just reserved for y’all. I’m happy they together, most importantly I’m glad they worked with each other to make each other better.”
The Bronx native responded, “Facts….Fuk it tho..we living life.”
Earlier that day, she spoke directly to her Bardi Gang through a Twitter voice message, where she discussed her upcoming music—specifically, how her fans ask her to release it.
“I don’t get mad at you guys when you guys ask me for music or when you guys make a joke about asking for music and it’s funny, ’cause y’all know I love funny. But when it’s kinda corny and it sounds a little bit stank, that’s when I be like, suck my dick and shut the fuck up.”
She gave a couple examples, such as when fans tell her to get off Twitter and Instagram and share new music.
In a subsequent tweet, she told a fan she isn’t getting “tired” of the back-and-forth but knows her fans may be.
“I’m coming sooner then you think tho,” she assured.
Still, fans are relentless. On Wednesday, Cardi had to combat a troll who commented on the rapper’s nose job underneath a photo of her and her husband on a date night.
“The nose was done in 2020 sweety it’s been 2 years and after 30 pounds added on my body due to pregnancy the nose finally settled and looked snatched,” Cardi fired back. “Every week yall post the same comment is getting old and I post every week so please tell me when I have the time to recover from every new face y’all claim I have every 2 days…just say I look good and go.”
