Nearly two years after Tyler, The Creator dropped his highly acclaimed album Call Me If You Get Lost, he’s back with the deluxe edition, titled, Call Me If You Get Lose: Estate Sale. The deluxe comes with a handful of new singles and collaborations (including ASAP Rocky and Vince Staples), but the standout is undoubtedly “Sorry Not Sorry.” Over a smooth and vintage beat produced by Tyler himself, he issues an apology for all of the pain he’s caused. Around the halfway mark, Tyler switches gears, aggressively rapping, “You ain’t special, everybody got problems, uh.”

Quavo, “Honey Bun”

Quavo is back with another solo record. “Honey Bun” is a slick trap record that finds Quavo sliding over Al Geno and AyoRay’s co-production. On the track, he delivers a fun and catchy bridge and chorus that interpolates Drake and 21 Savage’s 2022 single “Rich Flex.” “Honey bun, can you do somethin’ for me?/ Can you go automatic just for me?/ Tommy gun, can you do somethin’ for me?/ Can you call Al Capone for me?” Quavo spits.

DJ Drama is back and he brought some friends. On “Free Game,” he tapped Lil Uzi Vert and 42 Dugg to trade verses over a dizzying and hypnotic beat. Dugg kicks things off with a rapid fire verse, spitting, “Been six summers, I’m still turnt.” Lil Uzi Vert is equally ferocious as he flexes his rap muscles, spitting, “Countin’ all this money, make me risk my thumbs/ Smokin’ all these opps, make me risk my lungs. “Free Game” is one of many stellar collaborations from DJ Drama’s new project I’m Really Like That.

Morray f/ Lil Tjay, “High Price”

“High Price” is a sentimental and slow-burning record that finds Morray joining forces with Brooklyn’s Lil Tjay. Morray sings over a scattered beat about love and how much time and effort it takes to maintain. “They say love don’t cost a thing, that’s lies/ It costs time that you can’t get back, high price/ Give it your all, now you got nothin’ left, nice try,” the North Carolina artist sings on the chorus. Lil Tjay is equally compelling as he sings about a time he almost fell in love. “High Price” marks Morray’s first song of 2023.

Chlöe f/ Future & Joey Bada$$, “Cheatback”

“Cheatback” is an acoustic-driven record where Chlöe sings sweet vocals over simple guitar strings. The songstress sings about getting payback for her lover’s infidelity by treating them with a taste of their own medicine. “I’m not gonna bleach your clothes/ I’m not gonna do you like that/ What I really, really want/ Is to cheat back” she viciously sings. Future may be the best person to jump on the single as he is known by many fans as the “toxic king.” On the track, he tries to persuade Chlöe to pick a different route, singing, “Don’t you feel sad?/ Let that sink in, real love, not revenge.” “Cheatback” is the newest single from Chlöe’s newly released solo album In Pieces

Larry June & The Alchemist f/ Joey Bada$$ & Curren$y, “Barragán Lighting”

“Barragán Lighting” is a power collaboration facilitated by Larry June and The Alchemist. On the record, the duo joins forces with Joey Bada$$ and Curren$y, where they each take turns delivering slick and laid back bars over a high-quality beat. “Y’all too worried ‘bout bein’ validated,” Larry June states. Joey Bada$$ slides on the second verse where he talks about legacy, power, and fame. And Curre$y concludes the track with a lengthy verse. “Barragán Lighting” appears on Larry June and Alchemist’s new joint project The Great Escape.

Rod Wave, “Fight the Feeling”

Rod Wave is back with “Fight the Feeling.” The record is a bit more uptempo than some of Rod Wave’s past singles. It’s anchored in piano keys, as Rod Wave delivers deep vocals about a woman who hides her feelings by getting dressed up and going to the club. “So get your hair did, put your clothеs on/ Tell the DJ to play your song/ Tryna fight the feeling, but she never finished healing,” he sings. “Fight the Feeling” doesn’t appear to be tied to an album at the moment.

Nardo Wick f/ Lil Baby, “Hot Boy”

Nardo and Lil Baby teamed up for “Hot Boy,” a hypnotic single with a rowdy beat. Nardo Wick kicks off the chorus followed by a sharp verse where he declares himself a “hot boy.” “Don’t let nobody tell you different, we the littest in the city/ I’m a hot boy, I tell the jeweler, ‘Cool me down’,” he spits. Lil Baby slides on the second verse, rapping, “Don’t take it offensive, I’m too rich to fuck with broke hoes/ I won’t drive my TRX no more, that shit just too slow.”

Luh Tyler, “You Was Laughing”

“You Was Laughing” is a laid back track that finds 17-year-old Luh Tyler sliding over the beat as he raps about about his come-up, spitting, “We gettin’ money that’s for certain/ She want me to buy her ass a Birkin/ I told that bitch she percin’.” It’s a smooth track that puts Luh Tyler further on listeners’ radars, serving as a clear standout from his latest project, My Vision.

Jesse®, "Rainbow"

“Rainbow” is a dreamy record that finds singer Jesse Rutherford, who you may know as the frontman for The Neighbourhood, gushing about a special person. “I saw a halo over your head/ You were my angel, I must’ve been dead,” he sings over whimsical self-produced instrumentation. The best part of the song, which was released earlier this week alongside “Joker,” comes after the second verse during the bridge and chorus. You’ll want to run that back a few times!
