Bay Area hip-hop outfit AG Club made a splash last year with an impressive series of singles, and now they’ve delivered part one of their anticipated debut album.
The freshly dropped Fuck Your Expectations Pt. 1 features appearances from the entire crew, as well as Sam Truth, teenage rapper Redveil, and IceColdBishop. There’s also a track featuring a cameo appearance from Zane Lowe, who offers up an interlude that leads into the previously released single “Columbia.” It’s abundantly clear why Pigeons & Planes named AG Club one of the most exciting artists to watch in 2021.
AG Club will follow-up the release of Fuck Your Expectations Pt. 1 with the second portion on April 30. That portion of the album will feature their breakthrough single “Memphis Pt. 2” featuring NLE Choppa and ASAP Ferg. It also includes a track simply titled “NBA YoungBoy,” followed by “YoungBoy Interlude.”
