The Beverly Hills location of a 6ix9ine, Nicki Minaj, and Kanye West video production was reportedly the site of a shooting late Thursday night.

The incident went down near Alpine Drive, a street known for top-tier stars and homes. 6ix9ine and West were on set when multiple shots were fired near the house where filming was reportedly in progress, according to the Blast. Emergency dispatch audio cited in the report noted that both fire and ambulance officials, as well as a helicopter, were deployed after reports of "shots fired" came in. The original 911 call is believed to have originated from a neighbor, followed shortly after by additional neighbors.

The Blast's sources added that "at least 10 shots" were heard by witnesses. Minaj had not yet arrived at the property at the time. Following the shooting, West reportedly left the site. No injuries were reported. In an update early Friday morning, sources added that authorities recovered "at least 5 shell casings" near the property. The investigation is still ongoing.

A separate report from TMZ filed later Friday alleged that the room in the house that was hit during the shooting was "intended to be" Minaj's dressing room. The room had reportedly originally been slated for 6ix9ine, who decided the day before the shoot to give Minaj and her team the extra space.

The Beverly Hills Police Department did not immediately respond to Complex's request for additional comment.

Earlier this week, 6ix9ine's manager Shottie reportedly surrendered to the New York Police Department for his alleged involvement in escalating a run-in between 6ix9ine's team and a label head’s security detail. According toTMZ, he was later indicted on two felonies including assault in the second degree and an attempt to commit assault in the first degree.
