Megan Thee Stallion has unveiled the official video for her track “Plan B.”

The visual, directed by Casey Cadwallader and John Miserendino, arrived Thursday following Megan’s sharing of a teaser clip in which she tagged the official Mugler account. As fans will note, Megan has worn the label in the past, including multiple looks as part of the Billboard Music Awards ceremony in May.

The new video opens with a Megan x Mugler title card, setting the stage for the latest visual interpretation of the “Sweetest Pie” follow-up.

Amid speculation in April that “Plan B” could be about Tory Lanez, Megan explained the inspiration was more general than specific.

“I was just venting [about] experiences I’ve had in relationships I’ve been in the past,” said in a tweet at the time. The song is expected to appear on Megan’s upcoming new album, which she recently revealed as being roughly “95 percent done.”

Last night, Webby Artist of the Year @theestallion told our Manager, Editorial Strategy @jordanajarrett that she's about 95% done with her new album. "I wanna tease that for the hotties, I haven't even told them nothing about my album." You heard it here first! 😳❤️‍🔥 pic.twitter.com/bsFwkVa5GF

While the 2020-released Good News stands as Megan’s most recent studio full-length, she released the Something for Thee Hotties compilation last October. In addition to this year’s “Sweetest Pie” and “Plan B” drops, Megan also recently linked with Shenseea for the Alpha-featured collab “Lick.”

Last month, Megan was honored in her hometown of Houston by being presented with a key to the city. Additionally, Mayor Sylvester Turner issued a proclamation confirming May 2 as Megan Thee Stallion Day. “[Megan] is a testament to what it means to live on your own terms,” Turner said in a statement shared to Instagram at the time.
