You've likely seen the video floating around in which one of Iggy Azalea's backup dancers is seen having a seizure during a live performance. Unfortunately, the video has been shared by some alongside some Iggy criticism and general mockery. Now, via an Instagram Story update Thursday night, Iggy is providing some context for the incident and calling out those doing said mockery.

"Just want to let everyone asking know my dancer is OKAY!" Iggy said, explaining that "lights and heat" were to blame for the seizure. Iggy added that she initially thought the dancer had fallen and/or twisted an ankle. She also, understandably, slammed those who have been attempting to turn the moment into a meme. "I know it's easy to make memes of someone 'passed out' but someone having a seizure isn't funny," she said. "It's really scary!"

Iggy, whose 2014 album The New Classic was released via Def Jam before she shifted to Island, announced back in November that she had recently inked a new deal worth an estimated $2.7 million. "I'm feeling like such a bossy grown ass bitch today," she said when letting fans in on the beginning of her next chapter.
