Things are not looking up for Harlem rapper Max B. B has been serving a 75-year prison sentence since 2009, and it seems his recent attempts to appeal have come up short. Convicted for murder springing from a 2006 robbery at a hotel in Fort Lee, New Jersey, B is currently serving time at the New Jersey State Prison in Trenton.

In his appeal, B argued that his charge should have been separated from that of Kelvin Leerdam, his accomplice. The court, however, upheld its original sentence, meaning that B won't be eligible for parole until November 9, 2042.
