UPDATED 6/1, 7:48 p.m. ET: Bam Margera made an unsettling threat Thursday amid his messy divorce battle with Nikki Boyd.
"This is an official message to anybody that cares about me whatsoever," he said in a video posted on social media, before mentioning his and Nikki's son, Phoenix. "I haven't seen Phoenix in two fucking months and I am so fucking fed up. I cry every day, I miss him so much and I know I have to wake up every day knowing that I probably won't get to talk to him or see him. So, yes, Nicki drives me to fucking drink, so does my fucking mom and so does my fucking pep-talking dad who tells me nothing but I am a fucking fat loser piece of shit drug addict."
Margera also accused his brother Jess Margera of stealing "Castle Bam," his West Chester, Pennsylvania, residence that was heavily featured on his MTV series Viva La Bam. The former Jackass star said he was reassured the home still belongs to him, but suggested he was denied entrance to the property.
"So I'm gonna smoke crack with the bums down at the boardwalk until I'm dead unless you deliver me fucking Phoenix," he continued. "So get to work Nicki or anybody that wants to help. I want Phoenix."
An attorney for Margera's estranged wife responded to the video in a statement to TMZ.
"Unfortunately, that’s not how the addictions work," David Glass said. "People’s behavior does not drive others to drink. This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much in his past addiction's treatment. You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Nikki sincerely hopes that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for his own good, and for the good of their son.”
UPDATED 5/31, 11:20 p.m. ET: Bam Margera’s estranged wife Nikki Boyd filed court documents officially asking for custody of their son Phoenix.
As reported by TMZ, Boyd wants full and sole custody of their child in the divorce. She requested $15,000 per month for child support, along with spousal support, for which she didn’t provide an exact number. Boyd would like the court to grant Margera visitation rights only if he's supervised and successfully finishes drug/alcohol rehab programs.
Boyd also asked her soon-to-be ex-husband to pay at least $50,000 in legal fees.

Bam Margera has let a judge know that he wants to dismiss his divorce with Nicole Boyd and see their son but his estranged wife is making it hard for him.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Margera asked a judge to set an earlier court hearing in their legal separation case. The date is set for July 11 and Margera wants to speed up the process because Boyd allegedly won’t let him see their 5-year-old son, Phoenix.
The former model responded to Margera’s claims stating there’s no reason to move up the date as she’s following custody orders. According to Boyd, Bam is able to spend time with his son so long as he’s in California and sober.
“Mr. Margera continues to claim to be the ‘injured’ party because he isn’t seeing Phoenix — even though he placed himself 3,000 miles away after exposing the child to abuse and drug/alcohol abuse,” Boyd’s attorney told TMZ.
Nicole Boyd filed for legal separation in February, claiming the couple had irreconcilable differences and requesting legal and physical custody over Phoenix, as well as spousal support. According to her documents, Boyd was concerned over Bam’s inappropriate behavior around their son.
The former Jackass star filed to dismiss Boyd’s legal separation request claiming they were never married in the first place.
“To my knowledge, Boyd has never legally changed her name in any state to ‘Nicole Margera,'” Bam told the court. “Every driver’s license or other form of identification I have seen Boyd possess bears the name ‘Nicole Boyd.'”
Despite the two allegedly not being legally married, they did have a matrimonial ceremony in Reykjavik, Iceland, in October 2013, which was highlighted in a since-deleted video on Bam Margera’s YouTube channel. It’s unclear if they have an official marriage license in the United States.
