People has learnedSoulja Boy is being sued for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and infliction of emotional distress by a woman who claims to be his former personal assistant.

In the suit, the woman alleges she was hired by Soulja Boy in December 2018 for $500 per week, but was asked to go above and beyond what was required of a personal assistant. She was expected to also cook, clean, style his hair, and oftentimes, be available 20 hours per day, seven days a week. Less than a month into her job, she allegedly started receiving "unsolicited pictures of his penis."

Their relationship soon after became romantic, but it allegedly turned violent just as quickly. In late January 2019, Soulja Boy allegedly kicked, body-slammed, and punched her due to what she attributes to his jealousy and uncontrolled rage. She claims Soulja would "become enraged" over comments on her Instagram or whenever her phone rang. The woman recalls one instance where he told her, "I should have killed you," after subjecting her to violence.

The following month, the woman alleges Soulja started sexually assaulting her. She claims he was remorseful at first, and offered to pay her $1,000, but the sexual abuse didn't end. Instead, it got worse, sometimes even twice a day. "On numerous occasions, and sometimes twice in the same day, [he] would inappropriately touch [her] body, forcefully pull her pants off, and rape her," the suit alleges.

In August 2020, the woman claims she was attacked by Soulja Boy so viciously that she thought she was going to die. When she awoke from unconsciousness on the grass outside of his home, she fled without her belongings. When she would try to leave in the past, the woman alleges Soulja would lock her in a room without a mattress, food or water. The woman says in the suit that she would be left in there for three days "until she was coerced into not leaving."

In addition to the aforementioned charges, Soulja is also being sued for damages because he failed to pay her for their agreed upon wages. A rep for the rapper has responded to the lawsuit, telling TMZ, "Soulja would never put his hands on a female. He wouldn't beat a woman or put his hands on a woman ... this is non-sense!!!"
