UPDATED 8/18/16 4:20 p.m. ET: Kodak Black was denied bond in light of the discovery of two warrants under his name. One of those warrants is a felony count of criminal sexual conduct. The other is for two misdemeanor cannabis charges. Instead, the rapper was ordered to be held without bond in the Broward Main Jail on Thursday, as reported by the Sun Sentinel. He will be held "until the agencies holding the warrants extradite him," according to a a Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman.
UPDATED 8/17/16 1:30 p.m. ET: It looks like Kodak Black will actually not be released from jail—at least not yet. During the rapper's process of release, it was found that Black actually has two active arrest warrants under his name, according to the Sun Sentinel. "We don't have any more information," Joy Oglesby of the Broward Sheriff's Office told Complex over the phone before confirming the report. "We are not releasing him because there are two active warrants and one of those warrants is a no bond hold." Black's camp did not immediately respond to Complex's request for comment.

Kodak Black will reportedly be released from jail this week after 91 days of incarceration. According to reporter Brett Clarkson of the Sun Sentinel, a judge ruled Tuesday to free the rapper from jail after Black's team changed his plea from not guilty to no contest in his charges of armed robbery and false imprisonment.
During the hearing, Atlantic Records' Vice President spoke on behalf of Black telling the judge, "It is our hope that the court will agree that he be given the opportunity to turn his life around."
The judge decided to free Black after the prosecutor revealed the victims involved expressed a wish for the rapper to get another chance. "I will give you an opportunity, Mr. Octave, to prove yourself here, and be a productive member of society," the judge announced to the court room.
Black entered a plea deal with the court that will require him to perform community service, participate in anger management training, and do community control supervision—one year of house arrest—as part of his freedom. He will face no jail time but will be on probation for five years. The judge decided to withhold the adjudication against Black, which means he will not be a convicted felon and will still be able to travel internationally and tour. However, another mistake will land Black in jail for 55 years. "What happens from here on out is up to you," the judge told him in court. You can read a full account of the hearing below.
