NTS Radio and SONOS are hosting an 'International Knockout' tournament that will see some of the world's best selectors rep their countries head-to-head and live on-air.

Coinciding with the World Cup, the competition will bring together 16 countries – and selectors – from around the globe to represent their nation with a series of thirty-minute mixes. From local folk music through to the sounds making their clubs bang, the DJs will be serving up the best slice of music their country have got, which will see the best vibe suppliers selected by listeners to progress further into the competition.

The final four DJs will then battle it out for a spot for an hour-long mix for the final on July 9th, with listeners again deciding who to crown champion selector of the world.

Gilles Peterson will be holding it down for England, with the likes of Gerd Janson, Fatima, Crackstevens, Soichi Terada and Andras all taking part across four hotly-contested groups, that will be broadcast today in London and New York. Check out the groups, DJ's and broadcast details below.
