The musically gifted trio of Summer Walker, SZA, and Cardi B join forces on the extended version of Summer’s “No Love.”

Summer took to Instagram before the release to share the exciting news of the collaboration and music video.

“Yall guessed it, my girl @IamcardiB jumped on ‘No Love’ with me & @Sza and we’re going live at 10pmET tonight to celebrate. I can’t wait for y’all to see the video Friday!” the singer shared.

Cardi B folds perfectly into the angelic sounds that Summer and SZA already established on “No Love.” The trio lace together a song full of beautiful melodies that carry a scornful sting behind them. The original version of “No Love” was included on Summer’s most recent album, Still Over It. The album actually featured Cardi B, who narrates the closing moments of the intro, “Bitter.”

“Say why you, you know, decided to be with your nigga. Even though you have problems, put that drama in your music, yeah. ‘Cause if bitches wanna get clout off you, you gonna get clout off them,” Cardi advises Summer in the voicemail narration. “And you gonna put that shit in your music. Say some shit like, ‘I got my own fuckin’ money.’ Make them bitches feel hurt, hit them bitches where it hurt.”

While speaking to Nadeska on Apple Music 1’s New Music Daily, Summer called Cardi “nice and talented.” She continued by talking about the Invasion of Privacy artist’s contributions to the song, saying, “She surprised me because I didn’t think she was going to switch it up the way she did. She tried something new, but she blew my mind because it was really good. I just let her do what she wanted to do.”
