Jail can't even stop Big Soulja.

On Sunday, Soulja Boy let his fans know that his recent incarceration is a minor setback for the man who says he had the biggest comeback of 2018.

"Reporting live from the L.A. County Jail. I'm just letting all my fans know I'm finna be home real, real soon," the rapper said during a phone call with his manager Miami Mike. "The biggest comeback of 2019 continues. It's going down. The album on the way. The shoes on the way. The movie on the way." Soulja Boy then went on to give thanks to his supporters who have been communicating with him since he's been behind bars.

"Shout out to all the fans that been writing me. I been reading all y'all letters. I appreciate it. I'm going on tour. Like I said, the biggest comeback of 2019," Soulja said. "Jail? Jail? Come on, man. You know I do this. Shout out to everybody that's been holding me down, come to visit me, putting money on my books. I love all my fans, it ain't over. It's a minor setback for a major comeback."

Soulja Boy was arrested in April following serval parole violations. This includes failing to finish his court-mandated community service and having ammunition at his residence. The arrest came after one of Soulja Boy's ex-girlfriends claimed the rapper was holding her captive in his garage. He was eventually sentenced to 240 days in county jail.
