Rich Homie Quan Blames Birdman for All Those Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan Song Leaks

Rich Homie Quan talks about that huge Rich Gang leak that took place a few years back and how Birdman was inadvertently involved.

A few years back, a bunch of songs from Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan leaked, causing an avalanche of speculation about who was behind it and why it happened in the first place.

During the latest episode of Everyday Struggle, Quan revealed it was Birdman's decision to not pay certain people that led to the solo and Rich Gang songs hitting the web. "This one of the times Birdman didn't pay the studio, so the studio leaked all the music," Quan said. "They said Bird didn't pay them so they leaked all the songs, bro."

Quan explained he wasn't too thrilled about it happening. "I got mad... when I would see them, I kept thinking it was a dream. Like, 'I know this song.'"

"It might have been two songs out of all those songs that I really cared about," he continued. "And once those two got leaked, I was like, 'Damn, those were going to be on the album.'"

Quan said he was ultimately able to learn from it all. "That was the lesson: Quan, get your own studio. No music getting leaked."

Even with the issue, Quan says he's still cool with Birdman and even saw him in L.A. recently. Check out Rich Homie Quan's comments on the situation at the 46:30 mark.
