Lil Baby, Atlanta’s rising star, is putting in serious work this year.

The rapper released his debut mixtape Perfect Timing back in April, and shared the follow-up tape Harder Than Hard several months later. He’s also dropped a collaborative project with Marlo, joined forces with some of Atlanta’s biggest names, started his own label (4 Pockets Full) and became a part of the Quality Control family—all of which happened in less than a year. But Lil Baby wasn’t done.

Back in early October, he told The Fader he was on a mission to release three solo tapes before the end of 2017. Tonight, he completed that goal.

The 21-year-old rapper has come through with Too Hard, a 16-track project that includes appearances by Yachty, Gunna, Moneybagg Yo, and Rylo. It also features production by Quay Global, Turbo, Z3N, and more.

You can listen to Too Hard now on Apple Music or iTunes. You can also peep the project via Spotify below.

Though Lil Baby is pretty new to the rap game, he’s actually been acquainted with Thug and Quality Control founders Pierre “Pee” Thomas and Coach K for years. Lil Baby told The Fader that Coach K had been encouraging him to pursue a rap career long before he dropped his first project. After he was released from prison earlier this year, he finally decided to give music a shot.

“Coach K, for like six or seven years or something, he had been on my ass, like, ‘You need to rap. You got the swag. You got the energy. You got the stories,’” he recalled. “I never really took it serious […] but then one day, I was like, ‘I’m going to the studio.’ And it’s been on ever since.’”
