Nicki Minaj's 'Queen' Album Is Here

Nicki Minaj has finally released her new album 'Queen' featuring a number of guests. You can stream the long-awaited project now.

Nicki Minaj surprised fans Friday, Aug. 10 by releasing her long-awaited Queen album a week early—or on time, depending on how you look at it. The project was previously scheduled to drop today, but was pushed back for a second time due to clearance issues. It was disappointing news especially considering Queen was initially scheduled for June 15, but it's behind us now. Stream Queen on Apple Music or below via Spotify. Nicki is also currently going through the album track-by-track on Beats 1.

In the months leading up to the project’s release, the rapper dropped a couple of promotional singles: “Rich Sex” with Lil Wayne and “Bed” featuring Ariana Grande. The previously released track “Chun-Li” also appears on the album. Additional features include Eminem, Labrinth, the Weeknd, Swae Lee, and Future. As Minaj has stated on multiple occasions leading up to the release, she considers this her best work to date.

The project marks Nicki's first full-length release since 2014's The Pinkprint. In a 2017 interview with Dazed, she teased what Queen would consist of. “This era will be a billion times more epic than anything ‘Anaconda' could have delivered,” she said. “I think this era will definitely be the most memorable and the most impactful of my career yet.”
