It seems we've received another taste of Kanye West's Yandhi album.

As we wait for more details about the much-anticipated project, director DrewFilmedIt shared footage of a studio session in which 'Ye and YNW Melly are freestyling over several beats. Drew doesn't specify what project the rapper's are working on, but Timbaland and Chief Keef's presence suggests Yandhi was the focus.

The video begins with a club-ready track featuring a verse by Keef. We then see Melly deliver rhymes over a hypnotic track before 'Ye takes the mic to rap about $100,000, minimum wage, and winning debates.

You can check out the footage via YouTube above.

Yandhi was set to drop in late September to coincide with Kanye's Saturday Night Live appearance. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper then postponed the release to Black Friday, but delayed it indefinitely just weeks before.

"It felt so good being on the stage last night with my brother [Kid] Cudi," he tweeted shortly after a Kids See Ghosts performance. "After performing again, I realize the new album I’ve been working on isn’t ready yet. I’ll announce the release date once it’s done. Thank you for understanding."

We've yet to receive an official release date for Yandhi, but according to French Montana, 'Ye has plans to deliver something "bigger than music."

Melly and Kanye previously collaborated on "Mixed Personalities" off Melly's 2019 project We All Shine. The 20-year-old rapper is now facing the death penalty in connection to the 2018 murders of Anthony "YNW Sakchaser" Williams and Christopher "YNW Juvy" Thomas Jr.
