It’s no secret that Justin Bieber isn’t the biggest fan of the paparazzi. And it appears his problems with one particular photographer are far from over.

According to Billboard, the 22-year-old singer has been called to sit down for a deposition within the next 30 days. If he fails to show up, he could risk an arrest and be taken to court. Circuit Judge Jerald Bagley issued the order last week in Miami as a part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by Miami-based photographer Manuel Muñoz.

In 2014, Muñoz claimed that after he had taken photos of the pop star, Bieber’s bodyguard Dwayne Patterson chased him into a Subway restaurant and beat him up before taking his camera’s memory card.

Muñoz’s attorney, Mark DiCowden, says they’ve been unable to get Bieber to sit down for questioning, and that just because he’s famous doesn’t mean he’s “entitled to any special treatment.”

Time is ticking, Biebs.

In 2013, another Miami photographer, Jeffrey Binion, sued Bieber for allegedly demanding his bodyguard to attack him and take his memory card. Bieber and Binion settled the suit in 2015.
