Future x Juice WRLD 'Wrld on Drugs'

On Wednesday morning, Future went to social media to deliver some big news: He and Chicago rapper Juice WRLD were in the studio putting together a joint mixtape. Though the announcement alone was enough to get their respective fans pumped, the excitement surged as soon as they confirmed the project would arrive before the end of the week.

Me & @JuiceWorlddd in the studio rite now...we jus did enough heat to drop a tape this week 👀

Thankfully for fans, the rappers kept their word.

On Thursday night, Future and Juice delivered the 17-track WRLD on Drugs project, which includes titles like "Jet Lag," "Red Bentley," "Hard Work Pays Off," and the previously released cut "Fine China." The effort marks Hndrxx's first full-length release Beast Mode 2 with Zaytoven, and arrives nearly five months after Juice dropped Goodbye & Good Riddance.

Weeks after Juice delivered his debut studio album, he spoke about the influence Future had on him.

"I ran into some percocets my freshman year. Niggas was calling me and my homie…Two years later, three years later Future drop 56 Nights," he told Hot 107. 9. "By the way, Future is the GOAT. Future dropped 56 Nights. Niggas is hitting my phone like, 'Where you get all them percs from, them xans.' Hearing that music at such a young age, nigga I was trying to sip lean in sixth grade listening to Dirty Sprite, one and true story. So it’s like, it’s the people that doing that shit ’cause they like getting high and they going through stuff and they like addicted. And then it’s the people who do it for trends and for the people that’s really in the shit, it’s not as easy as seeing somebody die."

You can stream WRLD on Drugs now on all Apple Music/iTunes and Spotify.

Last year, WRLD predicted this project with a simple tweet:
