Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty’s accuser Jennifer Hough gave her first TV interview this week, and she’s reportedly received waves of abuse since.
TMZ writes that Hough, who spoke about being attacked by Petty when she was a teen in 1994, has become a target of online harassment from Nicki Minaj fans after the interview aired. During the episode, Hough recounted her assault, which was followed by a court case that saw Petty plead guilty to attempted rape in 1995. Earlier this month, Petty pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender in the state of California.
Hough’s attorney Tyrone Blackburn told TMZ that among the messages are death threats, and allegations she’s only accused Petty for financial gain. “Hope you die bitch … Clout chaser leave nicki alone,” reads one message in a screenshot. Another said, “You’re just a thief trying to make money off Nicki Minaj and Kenneth’s name.”
