Atlanta's Jeezy has always been known for helping out his community, but he went the extra mile this year for Thanksgiving. WSB-TV reports that a family of sixteen were displaced after a fire hit their home in Marietta on Nov. 19, just days after parents Victoria and Tavares Natt brought home their 14th child. Hearing about the horrific fire, Jeezy reached out to the family and treated them all to Thanksgiving dinner at another family member's home.
Jeezy catered food for the entire family, and even went so far as to give them gifts as they look for a new home. “I didn’t believe it. I still can’t believe it," Victoria said. In fact, Jeezy said he was going to take care of their hotel bill for the rest of the year. "Being a part of the community. We're all we got. So we're consistently looking out for each other. That's what Atlanta's all about," Jeezy said.
A GoFundMe for the family has been set up in the wake of the fire, to which you can donate here.
