Following his untimely death earlier this month, Young Stoner Life Records rapper Lil Keed was laid to rest in a funeral service attended by friends and family.

As shown through social media posts shared by those close to the rapper, who died at just 24 earlier this month, his funeral was hosted in Atlanta on Wednesday with the pallbearers dressed in all white.

Keed’s death was reported earlier this month and confirmed by his record label. Lil Gotit was among the first to break the news.

While a cause of death has yet to be determined, sources close to the YSL lyricist said he was experiencing severe stomach pain in the days leading up to his passing. Eventually the pain became so severe that he was taken to the hospital, which is where his liver and kidneys reportedly began to fail. While sources said he struggled with drugs and alcohol in the past, he had been sober recently.

Others including his close collaborator Gotit posted further tributes to the rapper on the day of his funeral.
