Remember the whole thing about Chief Keef not showing up for the "Hate Bein' Sober" video shoot?

Well, 50 Cent, who's featured on the track with Wiz Khalifa, has shared the Eif Rivera-directed visuals sans Chief Keef 7 years later. The track was featured on Keef's debut studio album Finally Rich.

Back in 2012, when the drama was still fresh, 50 took to Twitter to address the situation, writing, "@chiefkeef didn't show up to his own video. I never saw anything like this on the first song." He continued, "Its not funny @ChiefKeef didn't sell any records yet, they will pull the plug on him.SMSAUDIO."

Shortly before dropping the video on Wednesday night, 50 spoke to MSNBC's Ari Melber on IG Live about Keef. "His first song was "Shit I Don't Like" that's what made me see him," 50 said. "[...] and then he signed to Interscope because I was signed to Interscope 'cause me and Eminem was there and then I wanted to work with him for that, I just liked him, his energy. And then, it turned into... we did "Hate Bein' Sober." It was me and Wiz Khalifa and Chief Keef but he never showed up to the video and me and Wiz shot the video."

50 also spoke to Complex about the situation in 2012. "He has people around him that don’t know better,” 50 said at the time. "Like if you in the neighborhood, you on fire in the neighborhood. I was that on ‘Wanksta.’ I could have really just stayed home and never shot the ‘In Da Club’ video. You know what kind of momentum I had on the mixtape circuit? So if ‘Wanksta’ had came out and I was like, ‘I’m on fire!’ The video’s out, everything is there, and then when it’s time to shoot the ‘In Da Club’ video with Eminem and Dr. Dre, I don’t show up. That’s exactly where Keef's at in his career."

"Aww man. I don’t know exactly what happened with that," Keef's manager Rovan "Dro" Manuel said in 2013 when asked about the Chicago rapper not showing up to shoot the video. "The label hooked it up and they set it up with Keef and they didn't set it up with Keef's team. So, when it came time to fly out, he missed the first flight. Then he missed the second one. And then it was just like, you know, 'Well we gonna come do it at another date, if that’s fine with you.'[Laughs.] It was nothing other than that, you know, all the rumors…"

Although Keef wasn't able to make it to the official shoot, he shared a mash-up video for the track back in 2015 on his YouTube channel.
