With the Clippers signing Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and Anthony Davis joining LeBron James on the Lakers, the battle for Los Angeles has become a heated rivalry that brings more stars to the Staples Center than usual.

Sunday's Lakers/Clippers match-up brought the king out of his castle as JAY-Z decided to attend the game with his daughter Blue Ivy Carter. Anytime Hov is in a social setting, celebrities turn into fans and flock to speak to him. This game was no different. Players on both teams took a break from warming up to shake hands with JAY and Blue prior to the game. Also, fellow rappers like 2 Chainz and other entertainers made their way to JAY-Z's seat to get pictures and/or say hello.

Although Jigga had no problem dapping up the athletes and rapper, he quickly shook off a man who tried to put his arm around him for a picture.

After Jigga turned track 6 of The Black Album a reality, fans couldn't help themselves from turning this awkward exchange into another hilarious JAY-Z moment.

In Hov's defense, this isn't the first time he's shied away from unwarranted contact. When formally announcing his partnership with the NFL, league commissioner Roger Goodell jokingly grabbed JAY-Z's arm. Hov's immediate response was to jerk away before realizing that he's in a professional setting.
