Rapper Yella Beezy has found himself involved in a lawsuit after him and his crew allegedly beat a man outside a strip club in Dallas.

TMZ reports that Brandon Rainwater is suing Beezy after he was left with a dislocated hip following the altercation, which was allegedly all caught on surveillance from across the street.

In legal documents, Rainwater says he showed up to V Live in Dallas last month. When he attempted to get inside, he was told to wait by security. He is a manager for Dallas rapper Mo3, who has had public issues with Yella Beezy previously. Shortly after, Rainwater claimed that a security guard armed with a gun approached him as Yella stood behind him. In response, he decided to run away but he was allegedly chased down by the rapper's crew and beaten up.

Rainwater added that he was taken to a hospital as a result of the alleged assault, and is now undergoing physical therapy. He's planing to sue V Live over the incident, too, citing inadequate security.

Rainwater is asking for around $1 million in damages. In a video filmed in the parking lot that, Yella can be seen allegedly boasting about the assault that Rainwater claims he was subjected to.

The rapper has yet to respond to the lawsuit, although Complex has reached out to a representative for comment.
